Learnt so much on the Mental Health First Aider course with ABC traîner Tony. You could take the knowledge and use at work or day to day life … talking openly about mental health is the heart of a caring community and this course gives you the tools to recognise when people might need help. Very good experience with ABC Life Support. I have been working with ABC Life Support for over a year, and it has been a pleasure. A small team who are all very passionate about mental health. I have also participated in their Mental Health First Aid training. Very insightful training course, highly recommended.

The course was fantastic, we have always been nervous after our First Aid Training courses that if the worst happened we would not be confident to step in and would always hope someone else stepped forward first. Did this through work and was half dreading it but this was a thoroughly enjoyable course and very interesting and important information to know. Have already recommended to my partner and parents and will be recommending to many more. I think first aid courses should be completed by everyone now as it could help save a life. Danielle was a brilliant, she made the course fun and realistic as well but her passion highlighted the importance at the same time.

ABC Life support accommodated us at short notice for some Emergency First Aid at work training. From the first interaction, communication was friendly, quick and easy.
