Aaron has been my personal trainer for a few years now. I have lost several stone and become much fitter and healthier under his guidance. His training sessions aren’t just body focused but also mind and diet and attitude. He’s a health life coach in my eyes. Aaron is a fantastic personal trainer and coach. I was referred to him to help me rehabilitate a shoulder imbalance and adductor injury. Aaron designed a great program I could work on with him in the gym and on my own at home and it allowed me to return to playing sport competitively and keep active. I've been training with Aaron for some 6 months with a goal of improving my running speed. The sessions are fun and varied and I have improved my strength and speed considerably. I have been amazed by the results thus far. Aaron is a safe pair of hands and is patient and mindful of your health and safety at all times. Every new move is well explained which has given me the confidence to try new moves and challenge myself. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

It was my good fortune to meet Aaron at a local gym several years ago. Although I was fit for my age at the time (60) I asked him to improve my strength so that I could maintain my position in current hockey teams. I have to say I was surprised at the results achieved and it has enabled me to stand out amongst my teammates.
