Been having PT sessions with Aaron for about 10 months. Love his enthusiasm, knowledge, patience and understanding. He really made me feel at ease in a completely new environment and made stepping out of my comfort zone so easy. So knowledgeable and great at explaining things from both a technical angle and also in layman’s terms. Brilliant work and training ethic. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been training with Aaron for 8 months the training session are intense but enjoyable and the training plans are tailored to suit your specific goals. The videos on the app are very helpful and run you through step by step every exercise making sure your form is spot on. Aaron is very motivational and encouraging getting the best out of you in each session and I am really seeing the benefits of training with him. I Would highly recommend!!

You’ll be hard pushed to find a PT as passionate and enthusiastic as Aaron. He is a really great PT who focuses on your form, helping you improve to be your best & most confident in the gym. A genuinely lovely guy who puts you at ease whether it’s your first time stepping foot in a gym or you’ve been lifting weights for years. I've been having 1 on 1 personal training sessions with Aaron for over a year. Not only is he a very knowledgeable trainer who explains in detail the exercise you are doing, but he is also a great guy. He identifies areas of improvement in regular assessments of the core exercises and works with you to help you achieve your goals by keeping you accountable for your nutrition and training with achievable goals to suit your lifestyle. Can't recommend him enough.

Aaron is a fantastic personal trainer, he is so passionate about strength training. He fully explains how each exercise is to be carried out to get the most out of each movement and lift. Aaron has trained me for 2 years now and I wouldn't want any other trainer when it comes to strength training.
