Well run company and lovely staff all round, best caring company would definitely advise to use

Absolutely horrendous company had to put my mum in emergency restbite due to lack of care left with no lifeline or phone so no way of contacting anyone in emergency given 1 hot meal in 6 days no care at all safeguarding raised by ambulance crew who had dealt with client of this company before I also raised a safeguarding due to seriousness of lack of care

A1 Quality Homecare have just started providing care for my elderly relative. The staff are angels, they are diligent, caring and have to tolerate verbal rudeness and difficult people, but don't get recognised for the important sacrifice they make, taking care of and caring for our families. Nothing is ever too much, doing errands and watching for the so important signs when things are not quite right. It's like having extended family when we can't be there. Thank you A1.

This company talks a good contract but fails to deliver. Cares call at random times and stay only short periods of time, although the log book states otherwise. Have never been able to contact the office on either phone numbers aways went unanswered. NOT value for money at all.

This company have been supposedly caring for my Nan for over a year now. They’ve fed her mouldy bread (she’s allergic to penicillin) and other food that has gone out of date-they’ve been asked many times to check the food in the fridge etc. My Nan has to have medication every 4 hours, after food, they have been known to show up within 2 hours to give her the next dose and on an empty stomach, which in turn has made her ill and even ending up in hospital.
