I can't thank a1 more for helping me get through my direct access. All the lads and office staff were absolutely amazing, they were so professional but at the same time so down to earth and friendly. Wow. What a fantastic experience. At 63yrs old and never having ridden a motorcycle, I had serious doubts about whether I would be able to learn to ride, let alone pass any tests. So with great trepidation I booked in with the fantastic ladies who booked me in and explained the whole process. CBT completed without being sent home despite the many many repetitive mistakes. Wow. Theory Test Passed with flying colours. Then I booked my Mod 1 and Mod 2 lessons and tests to take place a few weeks ...

Excellent school, CBT, MOD 1&2 full test completed here as well as an advanced rider course. They teach to a very high standard and have given me the confidence to ride absolutely anywhere. I’ve been riding a couple of months now have have just came back after doing the NC500 on my Street Triple 675R, covering 1300 miles over 4 days! If you have decent crack like these lot and want a laugh while learning get urself booked in! Rodger dodge - over and out!

Passed my mod 1 and mod 2 first time thanks to Ricky and Richie but that's not all, from the minute you call to book in the girls in the office answer all your questions and make you feel at ease. Thanks to them I now have the confidence to ride my 1000 without any concerns. Can't recommend them enough!

What a fantastic family run A1 Motorcycle team. I’ve been riding for a lot of years, however I’ve recently bought a large 900lb + Harley Davidson Road Glide limited and felt I needed some additional slow manoeuvre training. Ricky could have not been any more helpful. He established which areas I need to work on and after I completed the advanced rider course, I feel much more confident and a more relaxed rider.
