  • Callum has helped me to find my confidence with exercising again while educating about things I can do on my own, what muscles the movements work and alternatives I can do! He is always up for a chat which makes the exercises go much quicker!

  • I have been training with Calum for a few months and can’t recommend him enough. The combination of HIIT and strength training is so effective and he has given me tips to improve my running too. All the workouts are tailored to my ability and he is motivational without being pushy. Beautiful garden too!
