A Dogs-Tail

Turned up, promised would assess dog, never did, and never even remembered that shed ask me to come. Too many dogs, one with diarrohea. Didn't offer the 1:1 training as advertised to book later. Waste of time, spent a whole 3 hours inc travelling, wasted. Was made to feel like didn't want to help me and my dog, which was different to the enthusiastic previous phone call leading me to believe she could help. My dog was sick next day! Def not going again.

Joanna has been amazing with my pup Arlo from training to socialisation and caring for him while I’m away. Her love and care for dogs is so clear and genuine. Cannot recommend her enough!

I have recently met Joanna and she is a lovely caring lady. She loves her job and this is evident through her training sessions and fun socialisation sessions.
