Ranjit is awesome! I’ve been going to her Pilates classes for a few months now and I can definitely feel some improvement to my core strength. I’ve had lower back problems for a long time, and I haven’t felt any niggles in my lower back since seeing Ranjit. She’s great at remembering everyone’s individual issues and modifying exercises if need be. We have such a giggle in the class and I come out feeling brilliant. Thank you so much ranjit for your expertise and your support ❤️

Ranjit is extremely professional and highly knowledgeable. I visited 722 Training House to resolve some continuous issues I have had with my shoulder and back, she took her time to understand everything about my training history and my lifestyle and together we found out exactly why I kept having the same issues. Absolutely amazing trainer! I disliked the gym very much so was apprehensive about starting anywhere new. Ranjit is a professional who has made me thoroughly enjoy working out. She is very knowledgeable in physical health and nutrition. Tailored workouts to each individual! Would recommend to all.

Ranjit is a very knowledgeable, friendly and a brilliant PT! I first starting seeing Ranjit at 5 weeks pregnant as I was struggling to know what exercises would be safe during pregnancy. Ranjit worked with me throughout my whole pregnancy. Her pre and post natal experience meant I constantly felt in safe hands and in the best preparation for my birth. I really recommended her services, especially for pregnant or postpartum women!
