  • 66 days was a real eye opener for me, helped me get into really good habits, and feel fitter, stronger and happier. Dan is an excellent coach / guide, with a real depth of knowledge and passion for all aspects of health, fitness, and wellbeing. For anyone looking to move towards a healthier lifestyle, I don’t think there is s better place to start your journey

  • What a terrific programme this is! Dan’s approach of being understand of life’s day to day stresses along with his knowledge of fitness of diet made the 66 days really enjoyable without feeling like I was being trained by a PT. I now feel fitter, stronger, thinner and more understanding of my body and diet, along with learning new skills to keep my fitness journey going. Can’t recommend Dan highly enough!
