Great gym with wonderful staff and good facilities, all machines work as intended and more than enough room to get whats needed done. Only downside is the opening hours are quite short. It's difficult to fit around a busier schedule, especially when working nights at the weekend.

It's an easy place to use, just walking and get on with your routine. Staff very helpful. Very reasonable price.

Fantastic gym in a great location in Ainsdale. Staff are very professional and friendly and the gym has a very wide range of equipment and free weights with designated areas for each. The gym is always immaculately clean. There is also a great variety of classes that run through the week that you can book easily using the online app.
