I am about 6 weeks into my training with Paul after hesitating for quite some time. My only advice - just do it!! Since I’ve started training with Paul, I feel like I never knew what training was! He has started getting me back into the gym, giving such good motivation with his enthusiasm and friendly persona- he got me to limits that I never knew I could reach! It’s different every session so I’m always looking forward for the next one! There’s a nice touch of boxing at the end too and he has done it professionally so knows what he is doing!

I have recently started my journey with Paul. I initially started to build and strengthen my legs to avoid surgery on my knees/hips. In just 3 weeks my strength has increased incredibly and my fitness level is increasing rapidly. Yes he works you hard but the results are second to none. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone who needs to strengthen and transform their bodies - trust me you will be hooked!!!

Paul is a fantastic trainer. He is so motivating, and has made my love for exercise come back. Every session is different and he really puts a lot of thought and love into what he does. I never thought I would find intense exercise fun but he has completely changed my opinion on it. I couldn’t recommend him more. Life changing!

I’ve been trading with Paul for a few years and he keeps the training innovative and up to date. With his years of experience each season is tailor made to me, meeting my health and fitness goals. Paul mixes up the sessions and finishes with my ultimate favourite, boxing. His boxing knowledge is second to none and I look forward to every session.
