Jen is brilliant! I needed someone to come in and spend some time with my two dogs while I'm at work and found Jen. She's been amazing with them! They're in very safe caring hands and are content and happy - she even plays them relaxation music so they're nice and chilled and well behaved when she leaves (they rag things when I leave them)! Very very highly recommended from me!

Jen is fabulous. We have two German sheppards, one male one female. Our male had bad anxiety, his nerves meant he hated meeting new people and would bark, snap and runaway from them, both inside and outside of the house. We contacted Jen end of November 2017. I messaged Jen about her grooming service she replied quickly and immediately putting my mind at rest. Jen was brilliant with my 2 fur babies, she took her time to get to know them and got them relaxed with her before I left. When I returned to collect my babies they were not quite ready, Jen was very hospitable towards me and made me feel very welcome, when finished both my fur babies looked and smelt great from head to toe.

Jen is incredibly patient and encouraging with both me and my dog! She works at your pace & always puts the needs of my dog above all else. We're making great progress with Jen & my dog loves our training sessions. Reasonably priced & good value for money which is just a bonus!
