  • Lucy is absolutely fantastic as a trainer, I cannot recommend her enough. She is so supportive and really makes you feel at ease and comfortable. The virtual workouts are amazing and really help to build workouts into your daily routine that helps you get fitter and stronger!

  • I absolutely loved the March 365 Summer Challenge! Lucy is super positive, motivating and just real! There are variations of each workout to cater for all abilities, and Lucy really concentrates on your form to make sure you’re making the most out of your workout. She will help you reach your fitness goals without it feeling like a chore. I would recommend to anyone!

  • Lucy has been providing me and my sister with excellent online workouts since March, at the beginning of lockdown. Her classes have been (and continue to be) an excellent way to stay fit and active from the comfort of our living room. Her workouts are 30 minutes long, which makes them really easy to fit into a working schedule at lunchtime, or after work.
