They say you get what you pay for but that couldnt be further from the truth here, I have been trained by Matt for around a year solidly now and in that time he has helped me more than i could imagine, the time he spends with us in the gym is invaluable and the knowledge he has to go with it is outstanding. I’ve been having Matt for around a year now. I started out at about 7 stone 4-6 pounds ish when I begun training. After a year of Blood, Sweat, and Gainz (as we call it). I am currently weighing around 9stone 3 pounds. I can’t honestly be happier.
