Me and my other half talk our dog to Bob, and he is fantastic, he definitely knows his stuff, and my dog loved Bob, he is so good with dogs, he’s like a dog whisperer. I don’t understand the negative reviews because we certainly didn’t experience what the other negative reviews said. Bob was very knowledgeable about dogs . It seems to be one of his passions. He showed me the basics in teaching my puppy in a friendly manner. At the end of the session, which should have been an hour but ended up at a hour and a half at no extra cost, he also provided a written summary of the lesson which is invaluable as it was a lot to take in. I will definitely be going back.

Biggest waste of money. When we started looking for puppy training classes, I was impressed during my first phone call with Bob who seemed genuinely interested in our dog and what we wanted to get out of the training. Bob and his dog trainers clearly know dog training, but I wasn't massively impressed with the 7 week course. Bob love dogs, but need to learn how to speak with humans as found him mostly condescending, unless he was trying to flog you one of his products and expensive set of leads - at which point he was very charming.
