Been refused payment for work done because i didn't want to stay at a job I was told by agent would be six months long but in reality I was only there to cover someone being on holiday for a week. Disgraceful thieves.

I spent most of last year working through 1st Step. I always received my wages at the expected time. If I ever had any issues, the Nicoles and their colleagues were always up to the task (THANKS)! Hopefully this year will be more of the same.

I have worked through first step for a few years on and off, and can honestly say they are one of the better agencies out there. I’ve never had any trouble with receiving my payments and can always get through when I phone the office. Nicole H was who I was dealing with for the job I was placed on, she also has a cracking pair of firm supportive area mangers who deal with any issues I had. Would recommend.
