I’ve been training with James since November and he’s brilliant. He makes sure that the routines are not over taxing (to the point of exhaustion) but hard enough so that I know that I’ve done a workout. He listens to any comments I make and makes any necessary adjustments. His overall attitude encourages you to push yourself harder, to achieve more. Have been using 14 Food & Fitness for my PT sessions & nutrition advice after struggling to lose weight. Really easy to talk to ….. He’s listened to what I struggle with & given me loads of ideas for healthy alternatives & ways that I can still have a social life & lose weight.
