Sonny, Andy and Charles are excellent instructors, very welcoming and encouraging and I was made to feel part of the club from day one. I'm learning some good self defence skills and keeping fit at the same time as well as seeing improvements in staying calm and exercising self control in stressful situations. The 123 Martial Arts Team are amazing. I signed up for a 6-week summer beginner course and could see improvement in both my self-defence skills and my fitness just within 6 weeks. The class is fun, enjoyable, friendly with great vibes. One of the best places to learn KM, would recommend it to anyone. From the quality of teaching to the great atmosphere and strong sense of community.
