Yoga therapist in training for yoga for anxiety, trained practitioner for Yoga for Insomnia and Sleep Recovery.
Sessions include identifying physical and mental obstructions to wellbeing and working through these with yoga poses and breathing techniques. We will work out a schedule tailored to your needs and you will receive a personal yoga practice to take with you after the sessions.
You can book a one off session, or a series of sessions, commonly a block of 3.
