This comprehensive course is designed to support clinical and non-clinical staff covering medical emergencies that may occur in general aspects of dental care.
The course will encourage staff to learn and practice together in simulated emergencies so they know exactly what to do.

Participants must be at least 14 years old. However, for workplace certification, individuals must be 16 or older to act as a designated first aider.

For most open courses, we accept up to 12 participants per session to ensure quality training and individual attention.

For private on-site courses, class sizes can be adjusted based on your organisation's needs.
Our trainers are highly experienced and supportive, helping participants throughout the course to ensure success. If a participant doesn’t meet the required standard, we offer additional support and the opportunity to retake the assessment.
Most of our courses don’t require any prior qualifications.
However, participants must be physically capable of performing CPR and other practical skills.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.
Our cancellation policy allows rescheduling without penalty up to 28 days before the course start date.
