This course will start with an in-depth introduction to life coaching, including theories, processes, assumptions, approaches, monitoring, evaluation, goal setting, challenges, and limitations. You will learn the history of life coaching in a nutshell, the three kinds of listening (listening to, listening for and listening with), the six types of conversations and several empowering skills.
