Hello! I'm Alka, a Hypnobirthing Teacher and Infant Sleep Coach based in Essex. I am determined to help you step into parenthood with confidence! I discovered Hypnobirthing when preparing for the birth of my first child Luca. I loved it so much that I used the same techniques for my second birth, and then trained to become a Hypnobirthing instructor! I teach a 4 week Hypnobirthing course both online and in person, and have developed a 1 session Birth Preparation Masterclass which is perfect for experienced birthers or those who have done other antenatal education.
