The Spring Within Retreat: Soul Blossom & Bloom is a one- or two-day transformative experience designed to help you reconnect with the hidden or wounded parts of yourself, embrace emotional healing, and move forward with renewed clarity and empowerment. Inspired by the energy and symbolism of spring—renewal, growth, and awakening—this retreat focuses on nurturing your inner child, fostering self-compassion, and encouraging personal transformation.
Through a blend of powerful practices, including inner child hypnotherapy, group hypnosis, one-to-one hypnotherapy sessions, creative arts, letter-writing, a cacao ceremony, bodywork therapies, and nourishing meals, this immersive retreat offers a holistic approach to healing and self-discovery. By exploring and embracing the playful, creative, and vulnerable aspects of your inner child, you will release emotional wounds, rediscover joy, and cultivate tools for lasting resilience and self-love.
Carefully designed to nurture both body and soul, the Spring Within Retreat provides a safe and supportive space for deep inner transformation. With every activity—whether engaging in guided visualizations, creative crafts, or reflective exercises—you’ll blossom into greater self-awareness and step into a life of authentic renewal and growth. Day 1 Soul Blossom.
This day retreat offers a deeply restorative experience where participants reconnect with lost or hidden parts of themselves, heal emotional wounds, and move forward with renewed clarity and empowerment. Embracing the energy and symbolism of spring—renewal, growth, and awakening—the retreat focuses on rejuvenation and self-compassion. Through a combination of powerful techniques, including one-to-one hypnotherapy sessions, group hypnosis, a cacao ceremony, bodywork therapies, and nourishing meals, this immersive experience is carefully designed to nurture both body and soul, fostering deep inner transformation and personal growth.
10:00 Welcome: Guests are welcomed with refreshments setting the tone for a day of connection, nurturing, and growth and if staying are invite to settle into their rooms.
10:30 Opening Circle: A brief introduction to the day's theme and activities. The focus is on self-reconnection, healing, and love, drawing from the vibrant energy of spring.
10:45- 11:30 Loving Kindness Cacao Ceremony Blossoming Compassion, Cultivating kindness for oneself and others. A cacao ceremony practice of Loving Kindness (Metta), designed to nurture compassion for oneself, loved ones, and all beings. Open the heart, helping participants feel more connected to themselves and the world, like flowers opening up to the sun.
11:30- 12:00 Morning Tea Break: A Pause for Reflection and Refreshment. A gentle pause, allowing participants to recharge while staying present in the retreat’s nurturing atmosphere.
12:00 -1:00 Morning Yoga Session: Spring stretch, awakening the body and mind, flowing with the energy of spring. Gentle flow to open the body, emphasising the metaphor of planting seeds and growing toward the light. Gentle breathwork, heart-openers, and grounding poses to cultivate energy, strength, and flexibility.
1:00- 2:00: Lunch: A nutritious, light meal, focusing on fresh, seasonal produce (salads, grains, vegetables, and herbal teas).
2:00 - 3:30: Group Hypnotherapy & One to One Hypnotherapy: Seeds of Renewal & Spring Breeze breathwork and inner calm group session. The Somatic Breathwork session will guide participants through powerful breathing techniques combined with body awareness to release stored tension and emotions. This practice helps reconnect the mind and body, allowing participants to process and let go of stress or trauma. By promoting relaxation and a free flow of energy, somatic breathwork cultivates a deep sense of inner peace, leaving participants feeling grounded, clear, and more connected to their true selves. This is then followed with a beautiful calm inner peace session.
One-to-One Hypnotherapy Sessions (Parts Therapy)
Reconnecting with Lost or hidden Parts of the Self, Personalised hypnotherapy sessions using Parts Therapy. This powerful technique guides participants into a deep state of relaxation where they can explore, reconnect, and heal the parts of themselves that may have been lost, neglected, or wounded. The objective is to help participants rediscover their authentic selves, recognise hidden strengths, and integrate these parts to move forward in their personal journeys with clarity, empowerment, and self-compassion.
3:30- 4:00: Afternoon tea: Relax, recharge, and connect with fellow retreat-goers, all while enjoying a moment of simple pleasure and tranquility in our beautiful location.
4:00 till 5:30 Group Hypnotherapy & One to One Hypnotherapy, a repeat swap session, somatic breathwork, followed with a beautiful calm inner peace session.One-to-One Hypnotherapy Sessions (Parts Therapy) Reconnecting with Lost ot hidden parts of the Self. Participants are invited to add on to their day healing bodywork therapies:
Reiki: A gentle energy healing session to balance and align the body’s energy centres, promoting deep relaxation and emotional release.
Reflexology: A foot therapy that applies pressure to specific points to relieve tension, stimulate healing, and balance the body's systems.
Massage Therapy: A nurturing full-body massage to release physical tension, ease stress, and encourage deep relaxation.
These bodywork therapies are designed to release physical and emotional tension, helping participants integrate the day’s emotional work on a deeper level.
Day 2 Bloom.
The Inner Child Retreat Day is a transformative experience designed to help you reconnect with your emotional core, heal past wounds, and rediscover joy, creativity and bloom. Through hypnotherapy, letter-writing, and arts and crafts, you’ll release repressed emotions, nurture self-love, and gain insights into how your childhood shaped your present self. This supportive and nurturing environment fosters self-awareness, emotional resilience, and authentic connections, empowering you to move forward with greater confidence, freedom, and happiness. Leave with practical tools, a meaningful keepsake, and a renewed sense of self-worth and playfulness.
10:30 – 11:15 Group Hypnotherapy – Reconnecting with the Infant Within.
Discover the power of guided hypnotherapy as we journey back to the first months of life when safety, love, and bonding were the foundation of our world. In this session, you’ll be gently guided to reconnect with your infant self, releasing feelings of vulnerability and finding comfort in a visualization of unconditional love and care.
Feel the deep healing as you nurture the infant within you, offering the reassurance and protection you may not have experienced. This is your chance to build a new foundation of safety for your emotional self.

11:15 – 12:00 Letter-Writing and Arts & Crafts – Love Letters to Your Inner Self.

Then, tap into your creativity with arts and crafts as you continue designing your unique Picture, a visual symbol of your inner child’s healing.
Feel the joy of uninhibited creativity and leave behind perfectionism as you reconnect with the simplicity of self-expression.

12:00 – 12:45 Group Hypnotherapy – Embracing Your Toddler Spirit
Step into the shoes of your curious and adventurous toddler self. Through gentle hypnotherapy, explore moments of discovery, wonder, and bravery from your early years. You’ll also be guided to heal the feelings of fear or abandonment that may still linger.
Let this session empower you to explore life’s possibilities with a renewed sense of curiosity and courage, as you connect with the bold, playful spirit of your toddler self.

2:15 – 3:00 Letter-Writing and Arts & Crafts – Playful Creativity for the Toddler Within
Bring your toddler’s imagination to life as you write a letter of encouragement and appreciation to this brave and curious version of yourself. Then, dive we will back into fun and arts and crafts by adding playful touches to your pictures. Think bold colours, stars, or even glitter!
This session will leave you feeling energized and inspired, as you rekindle the joy of creative play.

3:15 – 4:00 Group Hypnotherapy – Releasing the Preschooler’s Playful Heart.
Return to the imaginative world of your preschool years, where creativity flowed freely, and play was an everyday adventure. Through hypnotherapy, revisit moments of pure joy and address feelings of inadequacy or criticism that may have held you back.
This session is about reclaiming your playful heart and giving yourself permission to express who you are, unapologetically.

4:00 – 4:45 Letter-Writing and Arts & Crafts – A Love Letter to the Preschooler in You.
Write a letter to your preschool self, acknowledging their creativity and courage. Share the assurance that it’s safe to be yourself. Then, bring your “Clown Picture” to life by adding vibrant, imaginative elements. Use glitter, bold patterns, or whatever inspires you!
This session combines heartfelt reflection with playful creativity, leaving you feeling connected and empowered.

4:45 – 5:00 Reflection and Celebration
End the day by coming together to share reflections (optional) and celebrate your healing journey. As we display our completed Pictures, (bit of show and tell) we will have some fun analysing your art work you’ll feel the support of a compassionate community and leave with a deeper connection to your inner child.
