In this months training we are going to look at the little things we can do to bring instant fleeting happiness to our teams . 

 We will share with you Emma Brudners article about "fulfillment vs happiness." She highlights how "happiness is fleeting, personal and puts the onus on the company". After reading her article I am sure it will make you think more about the importance of fulfillment for your team, however those fleeting moments of happiness that you can create are also vitally important to bring a smile and smiling in important!
