The importance of being a leader and what it involves to be successful leader.

How can we all get along?

How can room leaders ensure their teams work well together for the best interests of the child, we will explore communications, friendships within and out with of work along with professionalism.

Let's explore the documents that will enhance your teams performance.

The course is delivered in two sessions, the first session is for 1hr and then we have a 30 minute follow up session within 3 weeks of the first session.

We deliver this session on a one to one virtual platform or face to face. We can deliver to small groups but please contact us separately for costings.

This specific course is for training one person at a time.
