A spiritual awakening can arrive at any stage of our lives. It can come unexpectedly, after a difficult life event or we may find we have consciously decided to embark upon a journey of awakening, experiencing gradual shifts in our perception. The call to awaken can come in quiet moments of stillness, can nudge and cajole us through the material of our lives or it can come knocking at the door with a power beyond our comprehension. It can be welcomed with open arms or we may find ourselves resisting the often painful and confusing process of transformation.

For Ann-Marie, awakening came with tsunami proportions that forced her to look deep within her soul and surrender her old egoic patterns and constructs of the world.

Ann-Marie’s passion and joy is to support those who are looking for answers to the bigger questions, as well as those who find themselves tentatively or wholeheartedly on the Spiritual Awakening journey.
