  No, if you are a new manager or planning a career in leadership then this course covers the fundamentals that are appropriate for all.

• Do I have to attend all the dates?

  Yes, the content covered on the programme is designed to build and layer your learning as you go through each day. Missing part of a day or a whole day will mean you will miss key models/theory & discussions.

• Is the programme recorded?

  No, we are big on sharing experiences and confidentiality. 

  Due to the nature of these programmes, we encourage sharing of experiences to help bring the theory to life and support each other in finding solutions to your real life challenges. To ensure confidentiality we don't record any of the sessions.

• Do I have to work in healthcare to attend this programme?

  This programme is specifically for leaders in Healthcare, meaning we can bring relevant examples & challenges to our discussions - we do also have a general Team Leader Programme open to anyone, have a look at our courses for more information and dates or contact us.
