• What level of management is this course suitable for?

  This programme is designed to be suitable for anybody currently in a management role who is looking to stretch and refine their skills and performance.  It is not as suitable for those who are not in a management position or who are not open to being stretched by an immersive group development experience.

• Do I have to attend all 5 modules?

  Yes. To gain the maximum benefit from the programme, attendance on all 5 modules is required.  The programme builds on the learning experiences that occur within each module and includes a behavioural preferences assessment and sharing of these outcomes.

• How long is each module?

  Each of the 5 modules takes place over one day with adequate comfort and lunch break provision. The modules are virtual, taking place over the zoom platform however the learning is interactive and always led by an expert management consultant.  For this reason you should not plan to be able to conduct any other work commitments on the day and will also need locate yourself in a interrupted place for the duration of the module.  You will need your camera and microphone enabled throughout, so a private office space is recommended.
