Day one will cover:
-Information on bees and pollination, their history in Scotland, life cycles and all things honey-bee.
-Hive and tool construction, giving a break down of all the basic information of getting started.
-What to look for on each hive inspection and what a year of beekeeping will consist of.
-A practical beekeeping session.

-Disease control and good housekeeping.
-Honey extraction and other bee-products.
-Joining your local association.
-A practical beekeeping session.
