Project management is important because it helps every part of the business run more efficiently and effectively. When done correctly, it enables leadership to plan and manage projects so that every objective and deliverable is completed on time and within budget. This course provides the knowledge and skills to help you hone your project management skills.

This course is suitable for any learner looking to develop and enhance their knowledge and understanding of project management in the workplace. Learners will learn about both the theory and practice of project management.

There are no formal qualifications required to undertake this course. Although, we would recommend that you have completed a Level 2 course before starting a Level 3. If you want to develop your project management skills and understand how to manage projects efficiently and effectively.

Learners will develop their knowledge and understanding of the theory and practice of project management skills, which they will then be able to implement in their own workplace. The course will help learners understand the principles of project management, project management in relation to business and software that can be used to aid project management.
