Individuals with great leadership skills empower teams to achieve their full potential, make decisions, and stategise well to help organisations thrive. This course provides the knowledge and skills to help you hone your leadership skills.

This course is suitable for any learner looking to develop and enhance their knowledge and understanding of leadership skills in the workplace. Learners will learn about both the theory and practice of leadership skills.

There are no formal qualifications required to undertake this course. To secure your place please return the completed application form and send to info@stepintolearning.org.uk. After this, we will arrange an initial assessment with our tutor.

If you want to develop your leadership skills and understand how to think and act like a strong and inspiring leader.

Learners will develop their knowledge and understanding of the theory and practice of leadership skills, which they will then be able to implement in their own workplace. The course will help learners improve how they communicate as a leader and also provides ideas of how to implement a strong culture of leadership within their workplace.
