In this half day class you will enjoy an introductory demonstration on how to prepare a beautiful seabass from scratch. Then Nick will show you all the tricks to a perfect pan fried fillet and sides. Then straight in the kitchens with your own Seabass to recreate what you have learned. What you make you take! Delicious.

All tuition, factsheets, recipes, ingredients, aprons and utensils are provided and you don’t even have to do the washing up!
If you can bring takeaway boxes with you to try to reduce waste that’s great. If not boxes are provided!
