About the Course

Our online Social Work Theory and Practice Training from Sirius Social Care aims to provide learners with the skills and knowledge related to social work. The course will provide learners with insight and understanding into adult and childrens social work. It will cover knowledge, skills and reflective practice.

With 14 highly interactive modules and over 10 hours of video content the course will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge related to social work.

Reflective accounts written by social workers are used throughout the course. The reflective accounts are based on practical examples in adult and childrens social work.

The course also helps learners to understand what a social work theory is and how it can be applied to social work practice.

This course is suitable for social workers wanting to develop their skills and knowledge, or people returning to social work. It is also a fantastic course for those exploring the possibility of becoming a social worker and want to understand what the job entails.

Completing the course will give learners 210 CPD points.
