  Logging in or Registering

  How do I access the training I've just purchased?

  You will have received an email containing your receipt and an option to "Get Started".  This email was sent to the email address entered at the time of purchase. Simply click the "Get

  Started" button and select who the training is for.

  Where do I log in?

  There is login button at the top of our website that enables you to log in from any page you are on. This link enables you to log into your training course or Team Training.

  
  

  I have received multiple sets of login details for my staff, what do I do?

  If you have purchased multiple courses then you can assign and email login details straight from your Team Training account. You can also group training courses together if you have staff

  members completing multiple courses. Please use our Team Training guide to help you with

  this, or contact us on mail@shoutoutsafety.co.uk for further support.

  What if I’ve forgotten my password?

  If you've forgotten your password you can request a password reset request via the login page.

  If you are unable to resolve the issue this way you can contact us directly at mail@shoutoutsafety.co.uk and we’ll help you.

  
  

  Purchasing and getting started

  How can I buy a course for myself?

  To purchase a course for yourself, add the required course to your basket and proceed to checkout. Once you have completed the course you will receive an email with your certificate and it will also be there whenever you log on.

  I’m thinking about buying training for my staff?

  You can purchase staff training in just a few simple steps. Firstly, add the quantity of courses that you require to your basket and then proceed to checkout. At the checkout, please ensure

  you enter all of your details as the order placer. Once the purchase has been made you’ll get an email with codes so that distribute as you wish.

  If you purchase courses for your team, you'll get access to our Team Training Portal which is a tool that allows you to allocate, track and review the training of your staff members. 

  We also offer free training sessions on how to get the most from your Management Suite. To benefit from this,  please use the link on the website following the Team Training link or contact us direct at mail@shoutoutsafety.co.uk and we’ll happily book you in.

  
  

  Can I purchase just one course to train ALL of my staff?

  No, sorry, our courses can only be used individually per person and therefore you would need to purchase a course for each of the staff members requiring training.  Our prices are so competitive that we won’t break the bank!

  Do you do multiple course discounts?

  Yes, our bulk discounts are automatically applied to orders containing any combination of courses. We offer the following discounts on the following bulk purchases:

   purchase 10+ courses you receive a 10% discount

   purchase 50+ courses you receive a 20% discount

   purchase 100+ courses you receive a 30% discount

  But for any number of courses just get in touch via email or phone and we’ll help.

  What payment options are available?

  You can pay for our training using either a Debit or Credit card via the very secure Stripe payment portal on our purchasing page. If you want us to invoice you then we can do this also

  Assessments and Certificates

  If I fail the course assessment, can I do it again?

  Yes of course you can so if you don’t pass, don’t worry as you can take the assessment as many times as you like with no extra charge. You can also go back to the course any time within a year and refresh yourself with the knowledge you may have forgotten from the content (sorry no updated certificate is produced though until you purchase another course).

  When will I receive my certificate?

  As soon as you finish and pass the last of the question banks. This will sit on your dashboard whenever you log in so you don’t need to worry

  I’ve lost my certificate, how can I get another?

  It sits on your portal so download as many times as you like

  What’s special about our courses

  What type of courses do you offer?

  We offer various training courses that are interactive films rather than droning talking heads and death by powerpoint! Whether you’re looking to meet safety standards, comply with regulations, or grow your skills – each course is written and scripted by industry experts to ensure you get the best learning experience and the outcome you need.

  How are your courses delivered?

  Our courses are delivered by watching them online. Each course consists of interactive modules with exercises throughout to check understanding. After completing each module, the learner will need to complete a multiple choice assessment in order to attain their certificate.

  There’s no pressure, however; if unsuccessful at first, the learner can take the assessment as many times as they need with no extra charge. Additionally, the course material will remain available to revisit as many times as necessary within a 12 month period.

  Which devices do your training courses work on?

  Our courses have been formatted to work on any electronic device as long as you have an internet connection. This means you can learn anywhere, using your desktop, smartphone, tablet or laptop!

  Are your courses accredited?

  Yes, all of our courses are certified by CPD (Continuing Professional Development) Service.

  Additionally, our Asbestos courses are approved by IATP (Independent Asbestos Training

  Providers). Each of courses has been written by experts, made by professional film makers, and additionally assessed by the relevant professional body. To check the accreditation of a particular course, please visit the relevant product page for more information.

  How many CPD points will I get after completing your training?

  Typically you will gain 1 CPD point per hour of study. You can find a guide to how long we expect each course to take on the relevant product page.

  Is there a time limit on completing the course?

  No, definitely not!

  We want our courses to work around you so there’s no time limit in which you must complete the training after making a purchase. You can also split your training over as many different sessions as you wish, as course progress is saved as you make your way through the training.

  You’re free to learn entirely at your own pace. The course is only available for one year from

  purchase though as we think this is more than fair period to allow continual access.

  Can I try before I buy?

  I don’t live in the UK can I still take a course?

  Yes, our courses can be taken from anywhere in the world, as long as you have an internet connection. We have clients all over the world. Laws and Regulation may differ across countries however, so if you are taking the course from outside the UK, please check whether your chosen training covers the relevant regulations for your area.

  How do I renew the training?

  To renew a training course, simply visit its course page and purchase the full course again. Our courses are regularly updated and kept up to date with legislative guidelines, so you can be assured that you are buying the most up to date version.
