Description

These are soulful and full-spectrum somatic and meditative journeys to practise intimacy with the mystery of embodied living.

Every masterclass works with a different embodied attunement and theme, and so the medicine and flavour of each class will feel quite different, but each will take you through subtle body practices, meditation, embodiment, free movement and asana. Each class vary between 90min-2hrs long.
