– Physical Activity Approaches and Guidelines for MHC
– Learn the main phases associated with each of the Olympic lifts and typical problems experienced. The lifts included are the clean, the jerk, and the snatch.
Pre-Requisites
We ask for a Level 2 Gym and / or a Level 3 PT Qualification as a pre-requisite.
