The Nordic Sleep Recovery Coach (SRC) online professional development certificate offers a unique lifestyle skill that can help qualified health, wellness, and fitness professionals offer an important niche coaching service to their clients. The NSRC course materials have been reviewed and approved under Europe Active’s professional development scheme, the Lifelong Learning Programme, receiving the maximum allowable annual learning recognition of 10 hours (equivalent to credit points).

Programme Content
The NSRC is composed of 5 main lessons and a series of engaging sleep expert interviews. The content covers a broad spectrum of knowledge to provide a solid foundation of data, science, and practical coaching solutions. All the course lessons are taught and assessed in English, therefore it is essential you are confident studying in this language.

The size and complexity of each lesson varies but will be certain to provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to support others in their quest to optimise sleep. The course is progressive and is designed to lay a foundation of theoretical knowledge during the first 3 lessons. This knowledge is then applied to analysis and strategically planned solutions in lessons 4 and 5.
Programme Support
The course of study is clearly outlined within the online platform and provides learners with a full syllabus that informs them of the content to be covered, recommended reading books to purchase, and the assessments required to pass the course. This course is a self-guided, self-paced programme of study. The only restriction is in the time allowed to complete the certificate, which stands at a maximum of 12 weeks from the start of enrollment. You will also have access to live tutor support through on our built-in online platform messaging system.
Course Achievement
Successful completion of all 5 lessons, passing the 5 short quiz assessments, and successfully completing the final case study quiz assessment is required to be awarded the Nordic Sleep Recovery Coach Certificate. The pass mark for each individual assessment is set at 70%. Your learning journey will be carefully tracked, and the final course grade will be awarded after of the completion of all content and the final course case study exam. The 6 assessments are then aggregated into one final course grade where the student must reach or exceed a total of 70%. Upon successful completion you will be awarded a digital certificate of completion that can be saved or printed for your records
