Learner Reviews: They're not just a paper-based exercise

This short workshop introduces delegates to a new way of experiencing the learner review process, making it meaningful for the learner, employer and assessor.

The workshop will

• Explore the value of a meaningful review for learners 
• Identify how to use intrinsic motivation to drive learners' progress and engagement
• Identify the value of the reflection process and how to use this in the review narrative  
• Explore questioning techniques
• Provide a new perspective on the review process
