Module 06: Clause 8 - Operation - This module covers the operational requirements of the standard, including product/service realisation, control of external providers, and release of products and services.
Module 07: Clause 9 - Performance Evaluation - This module focuses on the requirements related to monitoring, measurement, analysis, and evaluation of the quality management system and its performance.
Module 08: Clause 10 - Improvement - This module covers the requirements related to nonconformities, corrective actions, preventive actions, and continual improvement.
