This short course aims to give you an understanding of the main LGBTQIA terms and who they refer to, including recognition of the main flags and their history, the use of pronouns, intersectionality and how to be an effective ally.

Who is this course for?

Everyone is the simple answer. Everyone and particularly those in a public-facing role, be that the police or other emergency services, to business managers, ship captains and shop floor workers.
