Blocked chakras can affect parts of the body that are in proximity to the chakra this includes your organs, bones, joints, and tissues near that area. It can lead to physical disease and illness, musculoskeletal issues, and mental health challenges like depression

I'm new to yoga is this course right for me
Yes, you don't need to be an advanced yogi for this course. All poses are suitable for beginners. The attachments explain how to get into the poses in detail and each section has a video of the yoga sequence that you can follow. If you're a more advanced yogi feel free to hold the poses for longer amd add in some more transitional poses
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes such as leggings and a t-shirt, sweat top etc. You might want to wear layers. Please remember that some of the venues get cold in the Winter months so feel free to wear jumpers, sweat tops or any other item of warm clothing.
Do I have to complete the course in a set timescale?
No, this course is self-paced. You can return to it at any time and learn at your own pace
