Yes, you don't need to be an advanced yogi for this course. All poses are suitable for beginners. The attachments explain how to get into the poses in detail and each section has a video of the yoga sequence that you can follow. If you're a more advanced yogi feel free to hold the poses for longer amd add in some more transitional poses
Wear comfortable clothes such as leggings and a t-shirt, sweat top etc. You might want to wear layers. Please remember that some of the venues get cold in the Winter months so feel free to wear jumpers, sweat tops or any other item of warm clothing.
