This 2-hour course is designed to support self-care, stress management and confidence to be involved in wellbeing conversations. As with any of our training, access to a wealth of resources and self-care tools.

Group activities are designed to encourage and empower individuals to prioritise their mental wellbeing and recognise signs of mental ill health in both themselves and others.

The session emphasises the importance of mental wellbeing conversations, self-care and how to access further support.

  • What’s available to learners in your organisation such as; MHFAider’s, EAP, and any other options.

Fee based is based on an online delivery at £500 per session for between 10 and 20 learners*. If you are interested in having in-person training, this is available for an additional fee to cover instructor expenses.

*If you have less than 10 learners that would like to attend this training, please contact us to join a waiting list, and we'll hold a course when we have sufficient numbers to ensure attendees get the most from the session.
