This one-day Winter Mindfulness Meditation Retreat will be held online.
Often in the busy rush of our lives, it can be hugely restorative to take time for ourselves and to practice “just being”. As we settle into the winter months, this 1-day Mindfulness Retreat is offered as an opportunity to create space to deepen your practice and restore both body and mind.
Asking ourselves the question “How can I best take care of myself?”
As a participant, you will be mostly in silence throughout the day. Meditation practices of 20 mins, 30 mins, or 45 mins in length will be guided by me, Claire Griffin, and will include mindfulness meditations in stillness (sitting, standing, or laying down), mindful movement, and mindful walking.
There will be an opportunity to speak at the beginning of the day and again at the end. You are also free to contact me during the breaks or at lunchtime regarding any issues that you may be experiencing.
PLEASE NOTE: This Mindfulness meditation retreat is suitable for people who have had some experience of Mindfulness meditation and you will be asked to complete a short Application Form with details of this at the point of booking your place.
