Tibetan Singing Bowl Play-Shop day

Description

Join Edwin and Harshani for our next experiential ‘Play ~ Shop’ with Tibetan Bowls. 

A fun day of discovering about sound, vibration and its healing potential through singing bowls. 

This is an introductory day about the bowls, which will incorporate ~ sound vibration; learning how to connect with the bowls; different ways to sing or sound the bowls; time to play the bowls; finishing with a singing bowl healing nidra bathing. 

A Veggie homemade soup lunch and Cake will be included 

No prior experience necessary ~ Tibetan/Nepalese singing bowls will be provided for the ‘Play-shop’ experiential, with the option of purchasing your own on the day should your heart feel drawn

What to bring:~ 
 
 Yoga Mat (or something to lie on)
 Meditation cushions/pillow/bolster 
 Warm blanket
 Bottle of water
