The aim of this course is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of Employment and Labor Law, including employment law and ethics, employment discrimination, executive compensation, employee benefits, and other employment-related laws. The course will also cover labour and employment discrimination law, foreign law permitting difficult work conditions, unsafe labour conditions, prison labour, child labour, and the consequences of participation in illegal and harsh work conditions.
