Olympic Weightlifting course - 4 sessions over 2 weeks - designed for anyone new to weightlifting who wants to learn from experienced coaches. Our course will guide you trough the basics of the snatch and clean & jerk, the two Olympic lifts, and help you lear the fundamental movements and develop the technique of these two lifts.
A structured training plan will be provided that is tailored to individual needs and abilities, which will help you progress safely and challenge yourself in an enjoyable and fun environment.
