Hello! Welcome! I've been teaching Zumba for 14 years, in August 2023 I relocated to beautiful Stratford-upon-Avon and started teaching Zumba in Stratford in Jan 2024. I love Zumba with a passion. I love to work hard, sweat dance, wiggle and shimmy to fantastic latin music. If you come to my classes you will dance so much that you won't realise that you are working out, feel the power and energy of a Zumba class there is nothing like it. We have disco lights and loud pumping music and most of all we have fun. No experience necessary for all abilities just turn up, bring a sweat towel and plenty of water. Lose yourself in the music.
In this class we will do 45 mins of Zumba followed by a 12min Circl Mobility cooldown a new program consisting of mobility, breathwork and flexibility in a flow to high frequency music.
