At Leadership Management International (UK) we recognise the significant challenges faced by our clients and many of their team members and associates. The continual demand to do more with less, combined with a general mental health and wellbeing crisis, has led us to form a valued partnership with Mindcare Training for the delivery on various wellness workshops.
In this session we explore the result of stress on our system and the symptoms of burnout. We look with hope at what we can do to manage.
What is Stress and what is burnout? What are some of the very real physical symptoms that we experience and how do we counteract these.
This session takes the time to explore what is going on in our bodies and minds at times of stress and looks at some ways to bring balance back to our systems.
