Learners who attend the SCPLH Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (SCPLH) will receive a certificate through our awarding body, Highfield Qualifications.
The SCPLH Scottish Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (SCPLH) currently has no expiry date, however, Refresher Training must be undertaken every 5 years. The Personal Licence courses are the first stage in the process.
