This Level 2 HACCP course is designed for individuals working in food and drink manufacturing, as well as catering businesses. It is particularly beneficial for those who are new to HACCP, as well as those who have gained some practical experience or knowledge through their work.

We have delivered this course at different manufacturing sites which include, brewers, distillers, fishmongers, cakes, bread, noodle, pastries, meats, ready meals and food packaging factories.

Catering companies we have taught HACCP to include, sushi and sashimi, contract caterers, artisans, butchers, cakes/biscuits/cookies, residential care homes, retailers and more.

The level 2 course in HACCP is a one day course, typically 9am-5pm.

Special offer £250 plus £20pp (usually £350 plus £30pp) includes RSPH exam fees and course material.

You will learn about the Principles of HACCP, Food Safety Management, Hazards, CCPs, Critical Limits, Target Levels, Codex Decision Tree, Different methods of Monitoring, Corrective Actions, Verification methods and HACCP documentation. We will also cover Safer Food Better Business for Catering learners.

You will be assessed by a multiple choice exam of 20 questions.

Although we are based in London, we do travel to different locations outside London. Trainer travel fees may be applicable, depending on your business location.

We also offer Level 3 HACCP training.
